1.	These terms and conditions are binding on everyone attending our courses, classes and workshops.

2.	All courses, classes and workshops are run by Swing Cats Limited T/A London Swing Cats.

3.	All bookings are subject to availability.

4.	We will send you a confirmation of your booking by email.   This is not your payment confirmation that you will receive from PayPal, it will come directly from the London Swing Cats.

5.	If you have not received an email confirmation from us within 48 hours of making payment please call or email.  Please check your “Spam” first!

6.	In the event that a place is not available on your chosen course or workshop we will, in the first instance, offer you an alternative.  However, should you not wish to participate in the alternative course or workshop we will refund your money forthwith.

7.	We reserve the right to cancel a course, class or workshop should minimum numbers not be met.

8.	In the unlikely event that a course, class or workshop is cancelled we will, in the first instance, offer you an alternative.  However, should you not wish to participate in the alternative, course, class or workshop we will refund your money forthwith.

The rotation of partners is part of our system of teaching & essential in the mastering of lead and follow techniques. If you wish to learn to dance solely with one partner then these classes or workshops are not for you. The only exception would be in the case of Aerial, Trick Step or Performance Classes where we may insist on no partner rotation.

10.	In the event of cancellation by a participant up to seven days before the course, class or workshop commences, we will issue a full refund.

11.	In the event of cancellation by a participant between 7 days and 48 hours before the class, course or workshop commences, we will issue a 50% refund.

12.	In the event of cancellation by a participant less than 48 hours before the class, course or workshop commences, there will be no refund.

13.

All swing dancing including (but not exclusively) lindy hop, shag, jitterbug, jive, balboa, charleston and related dances can involve strenuous exercise.  If you have any doubt about your health or fitness, or are aware of any pre-existing medical conditions, you should contact your General Practitioner or health professional before engaging in these kind of activities.  It is your responsibility to make sure you are fit and well prior to attending our classes, courses or workshops.

14.	Swing Cats Limited, its principals, teachers and employees always teach dancing safely and responsibly. We will accept no liability for injury, damages or consequential loss which occurs at any class, course or workshop.
